Our Vision
C.J. Boots Casket Company will be the preferred supplier of hardwood caskets appointed with custom hand-sewn interiors to a select group of customers in an increasing number of strategic areas.
Story
C.J. Boots Casket Company was founded in 1999 by Christopher J. Boots. A custom furniture and cabinet maker by trade, Chris started manufacturing caskets for funeral homes in Indiana. The initial manufacturing facility of the new company was located in Lapel Indiana.
The company experienced tremendous growth in the first year and found it necessary to relocate its operations to a larger facility in Anderson, Indiana. After the move the company began supplying caskets to other casket companies and distributors throughout the USA. The company continues to experience growth and in November of 2009 relocated its operations to a 44,000 square foot facility in downtown Anderson, Indiana.
By combining the skills of traditional craftsmen and then use of state-of-the-art woodworking machinery, C.J. Boots Casket Company now sets the standard for 100 percent solid hardwood casket manufacturing. The Company remains to be one of the fastest growing companies in the State of Indiana.
